Counting Sheep

Max has a favorite toy that he likes to be placed and posed on top of him while he sleeps. The sheep was the first gift he received through the mail along with a pair of PJs. Thanks Magnolia. You can tell he enjoys it, just look at that face. Those PJs were too big for him a week ago but Max had his two week check-up this morning. Two weeks is about the length of time it takes most babies to return to their birth weight. He over shot that goal by a full pound.

Brother, Sister, Sister, Brother

Sydney and Maxwell in a close, loving embrace that lasted a good minute. The other pictures in the series show: warm, caring pokes in the eye; gentle, thoughtful squirms to get away; and endearing shoves in the back.

Who's whom hmm?

They are definitely siblings, there's no doubt, but can you tell (without peeking) which one is which?
The first thing Hazel said when she saw Max was "he looks like Sydney." Looking at the pictures I think even Max would agree. Although this will probably be the first and last time he will allow any comparison between him and a stinky old girl. Related or otherwise.
By the way, if you are too demure to look or even gander Max is the one who weighs 7lbs 11.2oz.
